She has extensive experience working with safety net organizations, patient centered medical home programs, population health and health information technology. LuAnn’s focus is to assist organizations to turn data into information and drive meaningful for success. She’s responsible for the Clinical Transformation team and develops programs to support the successful adoption of value- based care tools. LuAnn enjoys the challenge of helping others to see the good they’re doing and taking it to the next level. She believes disruption is good, focus is overrated, improved attention to health equity is imperative.
