Session Description: In a time of funding uncertainty and rapid change, Primary Care Associations, Health Center Controlled Networks, and National TTA Partners are being called to lead with foresight and financial clarity. This workshop will outline the key steps along with a tool to equip you with a dynamic, data-informed tool to support you in building budgets that flex with policy shifts and grow with purpose. This interactive workshop will include real-world insights and time for peer-sharing about mitigation strategies.
